All reservations must be made in written document via e-mail or fax. |

Confirmation of reservation will be notified by the Hostel via e-mail. |

Any changes to an existing reservation including arrival time or date, please notify the Hostel in written document. |

The Hostel will not guarantee availability if the date of confirmed reservation is changed due to customer’s request.
Cancellation of any reservations will also apply to the Hostel’s cancellation policy. |

| CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT |

CHECK-IN TIME : 2:00 pm. – 10:00 pm. (14:00 – 22:00) |

| |
Each individual passport is required at check-in. The passport will be retained safely by the Hostel for
lost & damage and payment guarantee until check-out. |

Late checking-in after office hour--from 10:00 pm. (22:00) until 7:00 am. (7:00) of the next day will be charged as
one night stay. |
| |
Early check-in from 7:00 am. (7:00) to 12:00 pm. (12:00) can be arranged due to room availability and free of charge. |
| |
Late check-out with prior arrangement after 12:00 pm. (12:00) will be charged as follow :
- 50% of one night rate from 12:00 pm. (12:00) – 6:00 pm. (18:00)
- one night rate charge after 6:00 pm. (18:00)

Late check-out without prior arrangement after 12:00 pm. (12:00) will be charged as one night rate. |

| CANCELLATION POLICIES |
|
| |
All deposits are non-refundable. |
| |
No charge for cancellation in written e-mail or fax at least:
- 14 days before arriving date in high season (1 Nov. – 30 Apr.)
- 7 days before arriving date in low season (1 May – 31 Oct.)

In low season (1 May – 31 Oct.), one night charge is applied for:
- Less than 7 days cancellation notice in written document before arrival.
- ‘No Show’ on arriving date until 10:00 pm. (22:00)

In high season (1 Nov. – 30 Apr.), full amount charge is applied for:
- Less than 14 days cancellation notice in written document before arrival.
- ‘No Show’ on arriving date until 10:00 pm. (22:00)

| GENERAL RULES |
|
| |
NO smoking or using fire and/or gas inside the building due to Thai Laws and will be charged 2,000 Baht fine.
Smoking is allowed in designated area with signage only. |
| |
NO visitors or unregistered guests are allowed in the resident area without Hostel’s permission. |
| |
NO pets are allowed in the resident area. |
| |
NO food or drink other than drinking water are allowed in the bedroom. |
| |
NO drugs, weapons, or any illegal objects are allowed in the Hostel. It against the laws and will be reported to the
police right away. |
| |
Guest should not disturb others with all kind of noise, unclean, or any unacceptable behavior. |
